world with nothing and we will most assuredly take nothing out of
it... You will never see a U-haul trailer following a
hearse... Others will plunder your earthly treasures, give
them away, or destroy them...

you will ever take with you from this world to the next, is
souls.... yes, souls. " He that winneth souls is
wise." Let us therefore enter into His fields of labor which are white already to
harvest and come again rejoicing in that day bringing our sheaves with

SCHOLARSHIPS
$300.00 US dollars will scholarship
a Bible school student with full room and board for one year in a two
year program in Fiji.
I have personally helped one
student with full scholarship for now the second year. (See
Nigel Ali below) He will
graduate this year. When initially I told him, after watching him
being used so mightily used by God in the services, that he would receive a
personal scholarship from me, he got down on his face to the platform
floor and began weeping with great intensity and did so for an hour
or more. It is heart-wrenching to see the need and then
watch their appreciation for your faith and investment in them.
Someone else heard my discussion of
such an investment in Fiji Scholarships and donated $300.00 last
year. That helped a fine Fijian couple to complete their
education in November 1999. (See
Pena and Keresi below) It was one of the most
rewarding experiences! And again made possible by your love for
souls, burden, and gracious generosity.

4, 2000
As of August 4,
2000 - $1,010.00 has been electronically transferred
to our missionaries in Fiji to scholarship Fijian Bible School
students. Thank you for your generosity and continual
burden for others.

ASIAN BIBLE SCHOOL STUDENTS
I was informed while in Asia that $25.00 US
dollars will support a Bible School Student in Burma and/or the
Philippines for one month completely. When I heard this, I was
convicted because most of us waste that amount almost weekly on non
essentials and too much food.
Already gifts are beginning to come in for this
project also. Again: mail donations to: Apostolic
Ministries; P O Box 2259; Malta, NY; 12020 and designate it for 'Asian
Bible School Students.
"One pebble of sand looking around felt helpless
and useless until he realized and began to shout to all the others, 'Alone
I am nothing, but together we can make a beach."
*Every cent that
is given goes directly to the cause with no percentages coming to
Apostolic Ministries. The bank transfer fees and other paper
work necessities are happily donated by Apostolic Ministries along
with additional monies given for these projects. Please pray the

Translation Fund

Surely Jesus will come in our
day... In View of this knowledge and understanding, Please
Note The Following:
There
is such an urgent need to have our Gospel materials translated into
Chinese for all of Asia. We have little or nothing in print but
when they do get something of our marvelous Apostolic Truth, it is
devoured by the hungry people. To watch them and to see what I
have seen (I cannot say more than this openly) is to weep with burden
and compassion.
For
this reason, I feel to reach out to pastors, friends, and anyone else
who will help me raise $12,000.00 US dollars to help pay a most
proficient translator. This man does the translating with such
excellence that nothing is lost from the original text or meaning.
I personally met him and am impressed!
I am
sending immediately $1000.00 to help get it started. $12,000.00
is the beginning. But if we begin, others will catch the vision
and remember for Asia with 4 billion people, we have only nine
missionaries. Jesus was right when He said, "...the fields
are white already to harvest and the laborers are few..."
When
heaven is gained and we get there, we will not be so concerned with
what titles or positions we held here, or what assets in money,
stocks, or properties were held... but we will be looking for those we
witnessed to and won to the Lord in our earthly pilgrimage.
Believe me, it will be that way. So many of us are going to wish
we had done it so much better than what we did...
