VISALIA
SINGLE'S CONFERENCE
February 25 - 27, 2000
Pastor: Jim McPhaill

THE MEETING ITSELF:
The audience was packed and great
faith was released among the people. I think this was the best
ever with much demonstration from the people in faith toward God.
It is truly phenomenal what happens when a human heart opens and
responds to the touch of God's Spirit. Jesus
is the answer to everything -- there is no dispute
here...
People received the Holy Ghost
and there were those baptized in Jesus' Wonderful Name!
The McPhaills are wonderful
people and have a great burden for singles. The attendance is so
great, that we may have to move to larger facilities next year.
The Lord Be Praised!!!

This area is home to the beautiful
Sequoia National Park. This giant sequoia, known as the General
Sherman Tree, above, reigns as the world's largest living tree, rising
to a height of 275 ft. This
lovely area can be accessed within an hours drive from Visalia.
Additional scenes from the area:
Half
Dome
Giant Sequoia
How can anyone view this
grandeur and not believe there is a God? 'How Great Thou Art'
wells up within one when these magnificent images register on the
eye's retina -- all nature declares, He Is!

With standing room only, again
the Lord manifested Himself so powerfully that I am still
receiving reports of the blessings and benefits bestowed upon
all those who attended. God simply outdoes Himself at
times and this was one of those times...
This meeting of many years now,
has had far reaching effects on the local church and the
blessed people of God who come from near and far. It
truly is a pleasure to minister here and fellowship with
fellow students from Bible School days in the persons of
Brother and Sister McPhaill. Lovely people they are and
true Christians...
Brother Paul Price's teaching
during the day session was 'Priceless' - simply outstanding to
hear the wisdom that comes from this man's lips and heart as
he reaches for his 'Gideon 300' among the young. His
burden for youth and his ability to transmit to them is
a patriarchal experience reminding one of ancient days.
That men of his caliber are
investing in youth in their golden years assures the future of
Truth, Burden, and the Reality of Jesus in the hands of future
generations...
