San Antonio is a lovely city, rich in history and nostalgic atmosphere of things great and noble accomplished...  so much to do here and see making it an ideal 'get-a-way' during the winter months and enjoy great fellowship with God and His People.

Although this single's conference was cancelled this year due to the construction of a new facility for the local church, Sunday's two services were so permeated with the reality of the Spirit of Jesus that people are still commenting about it.  It was most refreshing.

Oasis Single's Conference will be held next year in full force in San Antonio.   Pastor Chance's burden for souls and his sensitivity to the Spirit of God make this a real experience for one and all.  Exact dates for February 2001 will be posted here later this year.  Watch for them...

San Antonio this year was just the best ever in my evaluation and opinion.  God moved in His mighty way and even though it was a Single's Conference, there were 22 new people who received the Holy Ghost and two backsliders prayed back  to a marvelous renewal, at least 700 in attendance, notable healings were testified of by many, and one woman after eight years received the Holy Ghost;  but in the words of Russ Cripps,   "...it gets better...  our church is so fired up after receiving what we did at Oasis, that this past Sunday morning seven more received the Holy Ghost and 13 were baptized!  God is awesome and He is moving in so many ways."

Oasis 2002 is scheduled for:  Feb 14 - 17 - 2002.  This should be the largest ever with all new facilities build by Pastor Chance and the Blessed Saints of this great congregation!  Plan now to attend...
